New MLAT Regions!

A new, 16-core server has been deployed for MLAT calculations.  I have broken out the regions further to allow the server to handle the load and reduce the size of the sync matrix. See here: https://www.adsbexchange.com/active-feeds/

New SD card image for feeding

In an effort to further simplify feeding, we have started maintaining an SD card image.  The image is basically a FlightAware “piAware” 3.1.0 image with some changes.
