An additional MLAT server was brought online this evening. This is a dedicated 5.0Ghz server for the eastern US. It also allows load to be removed from other servers. We’ll run it like this for now and see how it goes. East coast people – let me know if you have any MLAT issues.

I’ve noticed New England MLAT seems less stable (lots of shakey lines) then before.
Dan – excellent job in adding the server. I have noticed unfortunately a few aircraft that normally would show up on the map periodically don’t do so. I am talking about the Washington, DC area which has enough stations to ensure MLAT coverage. I’ll keep track more closely and let you know specific instances.
