I have a searchable database available for testing. I have been developing independently most of the features and capabilities you are asking for. Some conversation is needed to cover what depth of information should be kept from the archives and imported to the database. Also, an new structure and method of archiving would be needed to facilitate your requests and implement some more advanced features. I have a example of the output from most of what you are asking currently and am enthusiastic to develop the rest along with my original feature set I was designing for personal use. Please let me how you would like to see a demonstration. I have not polished any of the features as I was not planning on exposing this development to anyone else. I can temporarely make a site public, but would prefer to give access over SSH.
